30-day return window

Contact info@shop.new.tg within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with their original tags and packaging.

How to return

Email your order reference and the reason for your return. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, please include photographs. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. TenG covers return shipping for confirmed faulty or incorrectly supplied items. Use a trackable service and keep proof of postage.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Contact us to check availability before requesting an exchange. We will confirm the replacement and any applicable shipping arrangements.
